Welcome to ThriveCompass. These terms of service govern your use of our life direction, habits, and resilience coaching offerings at thrivecompass.pro. These terms become effective on January 1, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, informational products, or physical goods provided by ThriveCompass, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Offerings

2.1 Coaching Services

We offer personalized one-on-one and group sessions to support your life direction, habits improvement, and resilience building.

2.2 Informational Products

We provide digital materials such as e-books, video courses, and guided exercises designed to enhance personal growth and habit formation.

2.3 Physical Goods

ThriveCompass may make available selected merchandise that complements our coaching and informational products.

3. Fees and Billing

All fees will be clearly presented before purchase. You agree to pay all applicable charges using the billing method you select.

4. Scheduling and Modifications

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may request to reschedule a session at least 48 hours before its start time without additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a fee.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full reimbursement. Requests received less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will not be eligible for reimbursement due to the reserved time slot.

5.2 Informational Products

You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded more than 10% of the content. Approved reimbursements will be processed back through the original billing method.

5.3 Physical Goods

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or reimbursement. Once an item has been used or shows signs of wear beyond initial inspection, it is not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

6. No Reimbursement for Certain Services

Certain special events or workshops that require third-party bookings may be marked as non-reimbursable. This will be clearly noted prior to purchase, and the policy is in place due to irrevocable commitments and venue arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveCompass is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, informational products, or physical goods.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
